Talk to a person
Support is staffed Mon–Fri, 7:00am–5:00pm MST (Arizona time). Have your order number or the serial number from the panel nameplate ready and we can usually answer on the first call.
Before you call
- Order number, or the serial number stamped on the control panel nameplate.
- The horsepower of the largest motor you are starting, and the total load running at once.
- Your measured incoming voltage leg-to-leg, and the three output legs if the unit runs.
- A photo of the panel interior and the machine nameplate speeds up almost every case.
New converter? Start here
- 1Confirm both shipments arrived — the control panel ships UPS, the idler motor ships freight, usually on different days.
- 2Inspect the crate and panel for damage before signing, and photograph anything questionable.
- 3Read the installation guide and the panel-to-idler diagram before pulling any wire.
- 4Have a licensed electrician size and land the feeders, then follow the start-up checklist and record your voltages.
